Sean Goes Again!
THE OHAFC is proud to announce that Sean Brady has been appointed our Heart’s Senior Coach for 2023 and 2024.
His reappointment for a further two years follows his very successful first year for the club. Sean’s high level of planning, football knowledge, communication, inclusiveness and enthusiasm is producing terrific results within the club as our girls strive to reach their goals around Flag, Family and Fun.
President Mick Constable said “we are really excited to have Sean coaching our Women’s team again. He has had a massive influence at the club molding our team into a really competitive and hungry outfit who are determined to win premierships and have a lot of fun along the way. We highly value Sean’s contribution both on and off the field as we continue to build momentum in all parts of the club. A key part of our challenge is to ensure we have an excellent retention and recruiting strategy in place for our female players and feel appointing Sean for two years is a great outcome for both Sean and our Club. It also allows us to build an excellent assistant coaching group to ensure we get the best possible women’s program possible”
Sean said” I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to Coach our OHAFC Heart’s Team for Seasons 2023 & 2024. We have a great bunch of girls, have terrific facilities available and would love to help continue to drive the women’s program forward. I’m particularly excited to develop the pathways from our female school footballers into the OHAFC.
Thank you to the Committee and all areas of our footy club for the confidence in me to help drive our club forward.”
Sean’s two-year appointment follows the successful two-year appointment of Men’s senior Coach Daniel Ward last year.
