The OHAFC was founded in 1961 as a male football club. Sixty years later we are a football club offering recreational football to both males and females. There are three male teams, with the Seniors playing in Section B of the VAFA. Most of our players went to Haileybury College but it is not a prerequisite. We like to play an exciting brand of football, built on confidence with their team mates, coaching staff and the broader committee. There is a wealth of experience throughout the team, with a good blend of youth coming through the U/19s.
The Senior Coach, into his sixth year, is ex Melbourne player Daniel Ward, while Jason Bek manages the Reserves and Harry Traum the U/19s. James Paul is the skipper supported by a strong leadership group. We pride ourselves on our culture and the behavioural values that ensure the club is successful on and off the field.
