Mick has been President since 2019. Previously he coached the U19s for two years for a premiership and runners-up. As a younger lad Mick played over 160 games for the club, including in two premiership teams, representing the VAFA and earning selection in the OHAFC team of the Decade. Mick is currently CFO of Millennium Services Group Ltd, a publicly listed cleaning and security business.

The role of Vice President Football entails communication with the club football department and all issues regarding football with the Committee. Simon was chosen as the OHAFC's Coach of the Century as well as first rover in the starting lineup. In Simon's six years as coach the team won two Premierships; his 1990 B Grade team broke Amateur record books in winning their Grand Final by 23 goals. Four years of playing in A Grade followed, including multiple finals series and a Preliminary Final appearance in 1997.

Matthew is an executive committee member and one of two vice presidents overseeing the club's administration. Matthew is a life member of the OHAFC and played over 300 games. He was a three-time premiership player, Best and Fairest winner, club captain, member of the Team of the Century and VAFA representative. Matthew is an owner and Executive Director in the DPM group, a firm which specialises in providing holistic financial advice to medical professionals in the areas of tax and accounting, wealth creation, personal insurance, superannuation, lending, legal and property advisory. His role as a DPM board member entails overall governance of the group along with his fellow directors. View Linkedin
Wayne turned his hobby into his job. While working as the CEO of Deakin Sports Association at Deakin University, Geelong campus, Wayne was invited to join the Geelong Football Club fitness staff. This part time role quickly lead to a more significant opportunity in player development - particularly with players between 17 and 20 years of age. In 1991 he was offered the role of Region Manager with the Sandringham Dragons. He spent the next 20 years working with AFL recruiters preparing young men to present for the AFL draft. This passion for development has lead Wayne to lend his experience and skills to the Women’s comp in the VAFA since 2017. Along with being the club's General Manager, Wayne is now the very proud coach of the Old Haileybury Hearts!
Brett is a Certified CPA Accountant (Bachelor of Commerce – University of Melbourne) who has worked in public practice accounting for 25 years. A 250-game player for the OHAFC, Brett became a Life Member in 2006, the same year he played in the club’s sole A Grade premiership. He has umpired in the VAFA for four years (Men's, U19’s and Women's). Brett is a long time committee member, currently serving his tenth year as Secretary. His responsibilities include VAFA dealings and player registrations.

Gab has grown up a passionate footy fan in an era when the women’s game wasn’t accessible for all. As a result, Gab has two goals when it comes for footy: build the women’s game so girls have the same opportunities as boys, and to make up for lost time by playing for the Hearts in 2021!

Andrew played 147 games for the club during the 1980’s. He has undertaken numerous roles within the club since then and enjoyed them all. "Hyxy" derives satisfaction from participating and watching the players develop on and off the field. He is genuinely excited about what 2021 holds, and looks forward to the club becoming even more of a “destination club”.

A Heart since the women’s team’s inception, 2021 is Mim's fourth year with Old Haileybury. Moving down to Melbourne from Queensland gave Mim ample opportunity to choose a football club that aligned with her values, and she was drawn to the passion, loyalty and comradery the Hearts and Bloods both displayed in their respective teams. As Marketing Manager at St Kilda Football Club, Mim has a strong focus on developing strategic marketing plans for a range of consumer and commercial campaigns. She looks forward to bringing across her experience to the OHAFC in strategic marketing, corporate partner integration, consumer insights, stakeholder management and digital communications. Anita Frawley has been a part of the club since the inception of the women's team. Mother of three Hearts players and wife of the women's inaugural coach, the late great Danny Frawley, Anita's values are ingrained in the culture of our club. She assists Pat O’Leary in developing ONE club culture and attending to player welfare.

The Strategic Planning sub-committee was established to restructure the club to enable it to run more efficiently and effectively. Long term, its aim is to structure the club in a way it can grow to attain suitable facilities and resources for training and games. David has been connected to the club for over 30 years, playing from 1991 to 2004. His coaching career spans the U19’s 2005-2007, the seniors in 2010-2011 and the school First XVIII 2012-2019, including a Premiership three-peat in 2017, 2018 and 2019. David is proud to see so many recent school leavers still wearing the Magenta and Black on the field.

David is an OHAFC Life Member having played 197 games. He is a former club captain, triple Premiership player, dual Best and Fairest winner, member of the Team of the Century and represented the VAFA on multiple occasions. As a parent of an Old Haileyburian, Sal followed his son to the Club and has been Treasurer since 2019. He brings strong financial acumen to the Committee. In his professional life, Sal is a Director at Deloitte, one of the worlds leading consulting companies.
Pat previously coached the OHAFC's U19 and Reserves teams and has been an active general committee member in recent years. Following a restructure of the committee roles in 2020, Pat joined up with Anita Frawley to head our Player Wellbeing and Culture portfolio; together they have been instrumental in working with the playing group to develop our club values and developing a strong mental health program within the club. In his professional career Pat has a long history of working in leading mental health providers and is a tremendous addition to our club's committee.
