Mick has been President since 2019. Previously he has coached the club’s U/19s for 2 years to a premiership and Runner up position and as a younger lad, played over 160 games for the club winning 2 Premierships, represented Victoria for the VAFA and earned selection in the OHAFC team of the Decade. Mick is currently CFO of Millennium Services Group Ltd which is a publicly listed cleaning and security business.

Vice President Football the role entails communication with the club football department and all issues re football with committee. Simon prides himself as been voted Coach of the Century for OHAFC and also first rover in the starting lineup, he coached for 6 years. During this time was fortunate enough to have had two Premierships along the way with the B Grade 1990 side breaking Amateur record books by winning the Grand Final by 23 goals. Four years of A Grade with multi years of finals and a Preliminary Final in 1997.

Matthew is an executive committee member and is one of two vice presidents and oversees the administration side of the football club. Matthew is a life member of the Old Haileybury Amateur Football Club having played over 300 games. His playing career with the club saw him become a three-time premiership player, best and fairest winner, former club captain, member of the team of the century and represented the club in the VAFA Victorian side.
Matthew is an owner and Executive Director in the DPM group, a firm which specialises in providing holistic financial advice to medical professionals in the areas of tax and accounting, wealth creation, personal insurance, superannuation, lending, legal and property advisory. His role as a DPM board member entails overall governance of the group along with his fellow directors. View Linkedin
Wayne turned his hobby into his job. While working as the CEO of Deakin Sports Association at Deakin University, Geelong campus, Wayne was invited to join the Geelong Football Club fitness staff. This part time role quickly lead to a more significant opportunity in player development - particularly with players between 17 and 20 years of age. In 1991 he was offered the role of Region Manager with the Sandringham Dragons. He spent the next 20 years working with AFL recruiters preparing young men to present for the AFL draft. This passion for development has lead Wayne to lend his experience and skills to the Women’s comp in the VAFA since 2017. Along with being the club General Manager, he is now the very proud coach of the Old Haileybury Hearts!
Certified CPA Accountant (Bachelor of Commerce – Melb Uni) who has worked in public practice accounting for 25 years. 250 game player for OHAFC, who became Life Member in the same year he played in the club’s sole A Grade premiership in 2006. Gab has grown up a passionate footy fan in an era when the women’s game wasn’t accessible for all. As a result, Gab has two goals when it comes for footy: build the women’s game so girls have the same opportunities as boys; and to make up for lost time by playing for the Hearts in 2021!

Andrew played 147 games for the club during the 80’s. He has undertaken numerous roles within the club since then and has enjoyed them all. He get's satisfaction from participating and watching the players develop on and off the field. A Heart since the women’s team’s inception, Mim will play her fourth year with Old Haileybury in 2021. Growing up in Queensland meant that her move to Melbourne provided her ample opportunity to choose a football club that aligned with her values; she was drawn to the passion, loyalty and comradery the Hearts and Bloods both displayed in their respective teams.
As Marketing Manager at St Kilda Football Club, Mim has a strong focus on developing strategic marketing plans for a range of consumer and commercial campaigns. Anita Frawley has been a part of the club since the inception of the women's team. Mother of two Hearts players and wife of the women's inaugural coach, late great Danny Frawley. Her values is ingrained in the culture of our club. Assisting Pat O’Leary with developing ONE club culture and player welfare.

The Strategic Planning sub-committee has been set up to restructure the club to enable it to run more efficiently and effectively. Long term, the aim is to structure the club in a way that it can expand, and with this growth, attain suitable facilities and resources for training and games. David has been connected to the club for over 30 years. After his playing career from 1991-2004, he coached the U19’s from 2005-2007 and the seniors in 2010-2011. He then coached the school First XVIII from 2012-2019, coaching the Premiership three-peat in 2017, 2018 & 2019. He is proud to see so many of the recent school leavers still wearing the magenta and black playing for Old Haileybury.

David is an Old Haileyburians Life Member having played 197 games which included, Club Captain, 3 Premierships, 2 Best & Fairests, Team of the Century and multiple VAFA representative teams. Sal as a parent of an Old Haileyburian has followed his son to the Club and has been Treasurer since 2019 and brings a strong financial acumen to the Committee. In his professional life, Sal is a Director at Deloitte, one of the worlds leading consulting companies.
Pat is a previous under 19 and men's reserve coach at OHAFC and been an active general committee member in recent years. Following a restructure of the committee roles in 2020, Pat and joined up with Anita Frawley to head our Player Wellbeing and Culture portfolio and together with Anita has been instrumental in working with the playing group to develop our club values and developing a strong mental health programme within the club
Pat is his professional career has a long history of working in leading mental health providers and is a tremendous addition to clubs committee.
