New era. New leader. Welcome Guy Martin as Senior Men's Coach:
President Matthew Armstrong, and our Director of Coaching, Shane Watson, officially welcome Guy Martyn.
The Old Haileyburians Amateur Football Club is extremely proud and excited to announce the appointment of Guy Martyn as our new Senior Men’s Head Coach.
Guy is no stranger to success, with multiple VAFA premierships under his belt, including a recent Premier Division premiership, as he brings a wealth of experience and a winning pedigree to the club.
But it’s not just his football resume that sets him apart.
Guy is highly respected for his organisational skills, his ability to build and grow programs, and his genuine connection with people. He’s a mentor, a strategist, and above all, a great person and the kind of leader who inspires those around him.
As we enter an exciting new chapter at the OHAFC, Guy will now take the reins of our young and talented men’s program, helping to shape the next generation of footballers both on and off the field.
We truly couldn’t think of a better person to guide our journey forward.
“I kept an eye on A Grade throughout the year and watched some of Old Haileybury’s games.
When the side was up and running, there was some really exciting football being played and I’m equally excited to work with the group in 2026 and see what we can do”. - Guy Martyn
Please join us in giving a very warm welcome to Guy Martyn – we can’t wait to see what we can achieve together.
Go, Bloods & Hearts!
