Andrew Bonwick
Coordinator
Andrew Bonwick had a career history in Finance for 25 years before moving into the Property/Owners Corporation industry over 12 years ago. He is the current owner of BDeL Body Corporate Management. Operating since 2013, BDeL manages in excess of 300 owners corporations and prides itself on its customer service and ability to deal with the complexities that owners corporations bring. Owners corporations have many issues that mean a skilled Manager is important for the harmony of its tenants and the day to day functionality of the property. Whether it be working through disputes among neighbours, building defects or VCAT matters, BDeL can assist in all facets of owners corporation management to ensure properties remain compliant.
The Bonwick family have a long history with the OHAFC, going back to Andrew's father Jim joining the club in the late 1960’s as a player who would go on to play over 200 games. Jim would go onto coach and be a long term administrator; today he continues on as a (quadruple premiership) time keeper for the club. Andrew's contributions include playing, coaching a Reserves premiership team in 2001, and serving as club President from 2007 to 2009.
Russell Davidson
Russell Davidson is the Director of Development and Alumni Relations at Haileybury, a position he has held since 2008. In this role, he oversees both the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Old Haileyburians Association, which comprises 20,000 members, and the Haileybury Foundation, which raises over $1 million annually to support scholarships and building projects. He holds a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Business (Sport Management).
A proud Haileybury alumnus, Russell graduated in 1986. He has had three children attend the school: Charlotte (OH 2021), Michaela (OH 2023), and Ned, who is currently in Year 10.
Brede Seccull
Brede graduated from Haileybury College in 2011, commenced his senior playing career with Old Haileyburians in 2012 and is still a member (and captain) of the senior team. Brede completed his Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2017, graduating with First Class Honours. He then practised as a Litigation Lawyer from 2018 to 2022, representing clients in various jurisdictions, including VCAT and the Supreme Court of Victoria.
In July 2022, Brede transitioned into the recruitment industry with Sharp & Carter, specialising in FMCG Sales Recruitment. Since joining the company, he has earned three promotions in as many years. Brede is now a Director of the Sales Recruitment Business and leads the Mid to Senior Sales recruitment division, overseeing national sales roles with a focus on consumer goods. His expertise includes recruiting for positions such as National Account Manager, National Business Manager, Head of Customer, Head of Sales, and Sales Directors. Known for his commitment to excellence and an elite work ethic, Brede consistently delivers exceptional results in every aspect of his role.
Brenton Loughnan
Brenton Loughnan began his career in Management Consulting at Grant Thornton after completing a Master of Management & Finance, with the opportunity made possible through a connection facilitated by the Old Haileyburians Association (OHA). After a year, he transitioned to KPMG, where he has spent the past five years specialising in M&A Financial Due Diligence, Post-Deal Value Creation, and Restructuring within the Deal Advisory practice.
A passionate contributor to the OHA community, Brenton played for and served on the general committee of the OHA Cricket Club for several seasons following his graduation from Haileybury. He now continues his involvement as a member of the OHA Council. Grateful for the support he has received through the OHA network, Brenton is committed to giving back to the community in any way he can.
Mark Coad
Mark Coad is Chief Executive Officer at IPG Mediabrands Australia, one of this countries largest adverting and media agency groups. He holds industry Board positions on the Media Federation of Australia (MFA) as Chairman, on Association for Data-driven Marketing & Advertising (ADMA). Mark is also a Board Director of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Commando Welfare Trust. He is also a longstanding mentor for The Marketing Academy’s scholarship series.
Mark joined Omnicom Group in 2003, first as managing director of OMD Melbourne and later as CEO of OMD Australia, where he led the business to prominence. He was later CEO of the creative agency Clemenger Harvie Edge. In 2012, he returned to the media as CEO of PHD Australia. Under his tenure, it won multiple Agency and Employer of The Year awards. He joined IPG Mediabrands as CEO of Australia in February 2020, which includes Initiative, UM, Mediahub and Kinesso within the group. He has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Quantitative Analysis and Applied Economics. Mark is a people-focussed leader determined to create the right outcomes for his team, and as a result many of his protégés have become the most in-demand professionals in the industry.
Adam Kirkwood-Scott
Being grateful and making the most of each day is a statement Adam holds closely.
Adam’s loyalty to his clients is an aspect of his role that he cherishes and does not take lightly. He believes it’s important to thoroughly know and understand the people you’re working with; he fully entrenches himself into his clients’ situations so he can offer the highest level of advice. Matthew Dwyer

Kiara Borgonha
Kiara is a passionate HR professional with four years of experience across both small businesses and large organisations. Currently HR Coordinator at Worley Power Services, she supports end-to-end HR processes and partnering with leaders and employees to foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Outside of her professional role, Kiara volunteers her time on the OHA Alumni Committee, contributing at a board level and staying connected to the school community. She has a genuine love for the corporate world and business, and as a true people person is driven to build strong relationships, and to help organisations and their people to thrive.
Keely Frawley
Keely Frawley graduated from the University of Portland in 2023 with a degree in Organisational Communication and has since completed her MBA remotely at Santa Clara University. Her unique experience as a student athlete, where teamwork, resilience and relationship building are key, continues to drive her success in supporting clients and candidates alike.
At Sharp & Carter, Keely specialises in the recruitment of junior to intermediate qualified accountants across the Melbourne market, collaborating with a team of experienced consultants to deliver human-centered, tailored solutions for clients across various industries and sectors.
On weekends Keely can be found on the basketball court playing for the Sandringham Sabres, embracing teamwork and camaraderie (after a handful of games for the Hearts in their early years). Off the court, she's on a perpetual hunt for the best wine bar in Melbourne.
